Angle is more important than distance

A philosopher said: "Angle is more important than distance." People observe people and objects, not the closer they are, the more careful they see, but only from different angles and repeated observations can they understand more comprehensively, thoroughly, and clearly.

Angle is the starting point for observing people and things. From what angle people look at the problem, what conclusions will be drawn. Conclusions drawn from different angles are not only difficult to agree, but they are often very different.

Some people are used to looking at themselves from their own point of view. They always feel that they have not met their talents, and they always feel that they are unlucky, unhappy, and unhappy. As everyone knows, there are more people around who are watching you and evaluating you "with another eye". This "other eye" is another "angle". Look at you from the perspective of others: "Unsatisfied talents" may be the result of "bad performance", or an excuse for "self-deception", and it is even possible that you are a "mediocre and incompetent" generation. You can think that you are unhappy, but in the eyes of many people, you are "the lucky one who is haunted by happiness."

During the Warring States Period, Zhao Kuo, the son of Zhao She, a general of the State of Zhao, had been familiar with military books since he was a child, and he considered himself a military leader. It can be seen that the son is no better than the father, but Zhao She thinks that his son can only talk about it, and it is difficult to lead the army to fight the big task. In the "Changping Battle" between Zhao and Qin, Zhao Kuo replaced veteran Lian Po as the coach. Sure enough, he blindly copied the military books, but Zhao Jun was defeated. Zhao Kuo himself was shot to death by Qin Jun's arrows, and he was eventually infamous for "talking about soldiers on paper".

As the saying goes: "Know yourself and the enemy, and a hundred battles will never end." It is easy to understand the opponent but difficult to understand oneself. In fact, if you want to truly understand yourself, you might as well think from another perspective, and try to observe from the standpoint of others and from the perspective of others. In this way, you can get rid of the drawbacks of "feeling good" and truly get out of the misunderstanding of "perfectionism".

Moroccan football team: "The most familiar stranger"

When I was still in college ten years ago, I led a sightseeing group of more than 30 Moroccan students. Before meeting them, my general impression of the Moroccans was that they are from North Africa but closer to the Arab world. They have religious beliefs, are used to worship, and are inextricably linked with France. When I saw the real person, I realized that the North Africans in front of me were actually a group of children playing with each other and having fun in time. They were about the same age as me at the time. I have all kinds of nicknames and nicknames. During the process of taking them to Badaling, the Summer Palace and Houhai, two classmates and I, together with more than 30 Moroccan students, realized "cultural integration" and "world unity" in the small group to some extent. During the World Cup in Qatar, I was surprised to find that the little-known Morocco team, which was eliminated in the group stage of the last World Cup, after miraculou

Zeigarnik effect

As a freelancer, you have to fight procrastination every day. "I've made up my mind many times, but I just can't change it. Is it because I'm slow or slow?". In fact, many procrastinations are irrational. Many obstructions are imagined by myself. So distract, postpone, avoid confrontation. It's cool to procrastinate, and it's cool to procrastinate all the time, so I can't do it. Concentration is also related to physical strength. When the physical strength is exhausted, it is even more difficult to concentrate. You’ll tell yourself: I’m too tired to do this—okay, another perfect procrastination. In 1927, Bruma Zeigarnik's senior research found that people are more likely to care about unfinished and interrupted work than completed work. This is the Zeigarnik effect. For example, we often don't care much about what we have got, but we will especially cherish what we have worked hard but haven't got. Therefore, the TV series will tell you
